Mr. Arup Roy, CMD (B.Arch., M.Arch.- SPA New Delhi, MBA Executive -IIM Calcutta) steering A++ growth at top management level, is a dynamic and visionary real estate leader with more than two decades has driven transformational sales growth in luxury residential and large-scale integrated townships. He has gathered hands-on experience of designing & master planning of large scale projects with minute detailing. A passionate professional in Luxury Sales & marketing, he achieved Sales of worth 2000+ Cr value in past 3 years.
He has been at the helm of Master planning & design for two landmark township projects in India – “the Lavasa city & the Aamby valley city” (both areas approx.10,000 acres) located in the outskirts of Pune, Maharashtra. He Lead the masterplanning & development of. Kempegowda International Airport Bangalore as Principal Advisor. He has multiple projects international exposure working in USA, UK & Dubai.
Since its concept past 17 years, A++ had handled 1200+ projects in its feather as turnkey solutions including luxury sales.
Ms. Jyoti Roy – Finance Director and Managing partner : At the top management she handles Finance, banking, contracts, negotiations, marketing, admin & HR. She is also an interior designer and conceptualise every project with her creative ideas at A++.
She is a creative person and with her zest to get into the creative field, she completed interior design from INIFD Pune. She has also completed MBA – Finance from Welingkar, Mumbai. She has worked for international companies like Huntsman, UPL, Dow Chemicals, having hands on experience in strategic planning, demand planning, materials management, vendor & inventory planning. She has been Head of Finance and Administration for Ileseum Sports & Clubs LLP.
